Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience; previous background in game dev / publishing / ad network or private equity, venture capital, with strong passion in gaming is preferred
  • Strong knowledge and deep insights into the casual games genre, particularly in Turkey and overseas markets
  • Proven capability in market engagement within the casual genre and direct interactions with leading teams
  • Hands on experience in research & tracking of the casual games genre, analysis of regional teams, and investment project evaluation is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with the traffic/UA-driven business model and return-on-investment logic, with relevant professional experience preferred
  • Strong gaming industry network and proven business development capabilities is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluates implementation of strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans aligned with business objectives
