Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ work experience; previous background in game dev / publishing / ad network or private equity, venture capital, with strong passion in gaming is preferred
Strong knowledge and deep insights into the casual games genre, particularly in Turkey and overseas markets
Proven capability in market engagement within the casual genre and direct interactions with leading teams
Hands on experience in research & tracking of the casual games genre, analysis of regional teams, and investment project evaluation is a strong plus
Familiarity with the traffic/UA-driven business model and return-on-investment logic, with relevant professional experience preferred
Strong gaming industry network and proven business development capabilities is preferred

Monitor and evaluates implementation of strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management
