Responsibilities
The Senior/Staff Technical Program Manager will understand, plan, and modify product configurations to meet consumer team needs. They will work with department leaders to translate corporate strategy into detailed product roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables. The role involves creating and delivering technical presentations to explain program initiatives, assessing systems needs and requirements in collaboration with engineers and consumer teams, and demonstrating, testing, and deploying engineering product initiatives. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with cross-functional leaders and the Finance team to define and track resource requirements, and establish standard reports to communicate program status, issues, risks, and accomplishments to key stakeholders.
