Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Electronic/Electronics Engineering, along with two years of experience in a related technical role. They should also possess one year of experience in code review, debugging, programming languages and frameworks, and writing technical documentation such as design documents, user manuals, and progress reports.
Responsibilities
The Senior Software Engineer will design and deliver efficient technical software solutions, implement and maintain the company’s comparison software product and other products using Python, Tornado, Django, and other modern technologies, and work closely with other engineers, designers, and leadership to rapidly build, iterate, test, and deploy new features and products. They will also deliver disciplined, maintainable, and performant code across different areas of the business, review code developed by other developers, and provide feedback to ensure best practices are adhered to, while understanding KPIs and key business objectives to strategically drive projects forward.
