Experienced Infrastructure Engineer (Senior/Staff level)
Proficiency in tech stack: Python, Go, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, FastAPI, React, Bazel, GitHub, AWS
Ability to lead design, implementation, and scaling of tools, systems, and platforms
Expertise in backend systems (e.g., authentication, real-time data flows, service orchestration)
Knowledge of frontend frameworks for fast, reliable, secure user experiences
Experience with internal platforms for source control, build, test, deployment, CI/CD, and developer tools
Skills in architecting and operating cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking) for high-throughput, low-latency workloads
Ability to set standards for code quality, uptime, developer productivity, reliability, security, and performance at scale
Capacity for collaboration with product, AI, developer, security teams and high autonomy

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and scaling of infrastructure tools, systems, and platforms
Empower web, mobile, and browser engineers to build state-of-the-art products
Enable product, AI, and developer teams to innovate quickly with reliability, security, and performance at scale
Build and maintain critical infrastructure (Platform team): backend systems like authentication, real-time data flows, service orchestration; frontend frameworks
Set rigorous standards for code quality, uptime, and developer productivity (Platform team)
Own internal platforms for source control, build, test, deployment; architect seamless onboarding, fast CI/CD, developer tools (DevX team)
Architect and operate mission-critical cloud infrastructure: compute, storage, networking for high-throughput, low-latency workloads (Cloud Infra team)
Provide proactive project work and operational support (Cloud Infra team)
Collaborate closely with product, AI research, security, and other teams to ensure services are available, reliable, and fast
