6+ years of proven domain experience as a software engineer
Conversational English, since you’ll be reporting and communicating with global teams in your day-to-day work
Working knowledge of highly distributed systems
Based in São Paulo office location (onsite 5 days a week)

Responsibilities

Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code to implement integrations
Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to existing systems and platforms
Design, develop, and maintain APIs that enable seamless communication between internal and external services
Design scalable, reliable, fault-tolerant architectural systems
Collaborate and prioritize with cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external
Collaborate with leaders to create a center of engineering excellence for Global Integrations and Brazil Engineering
Help teams establish technical understanding and trust needed to succeed and execute on ambitious goals in Integrations
Mentor and develop team members on technical and non-technical skills to create a high-functioning team
