Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
Proven record of leading and implementing Lean and CI projects, delivering real, quantifiable improvements
Strong understanding of Lean tools (e.g. VSM, Kaizen, SMED etc.)
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification (Master Black Belt a plus)
Experience setting up new CI programs or frameworks from the ground up

Responsibilities

Lead investigations, analysis, and implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve lead time, productivity, first pass yield, and cost performance
Manage and deliver significant improvement projects through the PMO, ensuring results are both measurable and sustainable
Lead value stream mapping (VSM) and lean lighthouse projects that align with site and business strategy
Partner closely with engineering, quality, and operations to support technology development, process optimization, and automation initiatives
Develop and implement best practices and standards for Industrial Engineering
Provide development and guidance in problem solving for assigned co-op, technicians and engineers
Support and lead Kaizen and waste elimination projects that deliver meaningful value to the business
Guide teams in Lean fundamentals, VSM, SMED, and work measurement techniques, ensuring improvements stick
Collaborate on layout design and process changes to ensure alignment with Lean principles and optimised flow
Lead and participate in cross-functional and cross-divisional CI initiatives
Provide technical and cultural leadership in promoting a continuous improvement mindset across teams
