This is a full-time onsite position based in Belfast.
Candidates need a Level 6 degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related technical discipline, minimum 4 years’ experience in engineering, operations excellence, or process improvement roles, strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and a proven track record of leading CI or transformation projects.
No travel is required.
The role focuses on strengthening the CI culture, promoting Lean and Six Sigma practices, and shaping a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
A strong candidate will have hands-on experience leading CI or transformation projects with measurable results, expertise in Lean tools like Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events, and the ability to train and mentor teams in continuous improvement methodologies.
