Responsibilities

Accurately process all customer payments and deposits
Perform daily reconciliations of customer payments
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer payments
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports related to accounts receivable
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities as required
Accurately process a high volume of large amounts per invoice
Ensure accuracy and completeness in all accounts payable transactions
