Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance

  • Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Highly detail-oriented and dedicated to quality and accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operational accounting activities, including AP, AR, fixed assets, depreciation, and expense accruals, etc
  • Support preparation and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, HR, finance) to support business transactions and ensure proper accounting treatment
  • Compile budget-to-actual variance analysis for department heads
  • Assist with external audits, providing documentation and explanations as required
  • Help manage cash management activities, including bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
  • Collaborate with team members on client billing activities, ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant with contract terms and reporting requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in operational accounting processes and support best practice and automation initiative implementations
  • Other duties as applicable
