  • Proven experience in performing preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities equipment and fixtures
  • Inspect, clean, and repair equipment, documenting signs of wear and recommending repairs or replacements
  • Conduct major and minor electrical repairs
  • Oversee and mentor junior associates, providing onsite training and evaluating skill development
  • Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, parts inventory, and contractor compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and company policies while maintaining accurate records and budget information
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and key stakeholders to support operational goals
