Candidates should have experience managing end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with minimal supervision and possess a high level of knowledge on key jurisdictions. Experience providing first-level Employee Relations support and guiding clients through workplace concerns is required. Proven ability to influence and negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations and experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders are essential.
The Senior Specialist will independently manage all employee exits for external employees, ensuring legal compliance, high quality, and excellent customer service. They will provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes. Responsibilities include leading meetings with clients and employees, negotiating separations and settlements, and drafting termination documents. The specialist will also process offboarding on the HRIS platform and contribute to process improvements and initiatives.
