Requirements

8+ years in solutions or systems architecture roles, with experience in large-scale implementations
Deep knowledge of payroll and HR business processes
Proven experience in automation for data migration and validation using Python, SQL, and ETL tools
Familiarity with leading payroll platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP)
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
(Preferred) TOGAF or similar architecture certifications
(Preferred) Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
(Preferred) Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

Architecture Oversight and Governance: Ensure consistent implementation of the pre-defined technical architecture, supervising infrastructure, data modeling, and integrations
Automation Design and Implementation: Lead automation for data migration and validation processes, including ETL routines and scripting for large-scale data accuracy
System Integration: Oversee integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, HR, time management) aligned with architectural standards
Technical Leadership: Act as the primary technical expert, resolving complex issues and mentoring development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
