The starting base pay ranges from USD 108,750 in the lowest geographic market to USD 174,000 in the highest geographic market, with total compensation including bonus and stock awards.
You must be based in one of Axon’s hub locations: Seattle, Scottsdale, Atlanta, or Boston, and be able to travel up to 25%. It's a hybrid role involving both remote and on-site work.
The role requires coding skills for integration work including scoping, coding, testing, and launching, IT systems analysis, recommending improvements, managing deployments, and customer-facing skills as a technical translator.
