Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience in Solana blockchain development with an extensive portfolio of developed projects, mastery in Rust or another programming language suitable for Solana development, a strong understanding of Solana’s architecture and ecosystem, proficiency in Git/GitHub for version control, experience with database technologies such as Postgres, Redis, and familiarity with other NoSQL databases, a thorough understanding of best practices in coding, security, and performance, strong team collaboration skills with excellent communication in English, and the ability to thrive in a multicultural team environment. Previous experience with container technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus, along with experience in other front-end/back-end development.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solana Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications on the Solana blockchain, writing clean and efficient code adhering to best practices and security standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship robust Solana applications, optimizing performance and volume handling for scalable operations, providing operational tips and watchouts to ensure reliability, conducting code reviews and sharing sessions, analyzing and solving complex problems, conducting technical research and proposing enhancements to the technology stack, continuously improving the development process and workflows, and proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
