Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience (MBA – advantage)
  • 5+ years of experience in software program or project management or leadership
  • Strong expertise in software project management methodologies and tools (such as Jira/TFS/Redmine, MS Excel, MS Project, Power BI)
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary software development over hardware and/or silicon products
  • Self-driven team player with strong ownership, accountability, and a proactive ‘can-do’ approach; capable of leading people and driving complex tasks in parallel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to clearly convey complex information to engineers and executives
  • Ability and willingness to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment and collaborate across time zones

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead multiple networking software Switch related programs powering NVIDIA’s next-generation AI data centers
  • Orchestrate cross-functionally among Israeli and global marketing, engineering, and operations teams from initial requirements through architecture stage, execution, and delivery
  • Drive feature planning and prioritization to ensure program goals and product capabilities meet schedule and quality targets
  • Identify and resolve risks, gaps, and bottlenecks through collaboration with technical, program leaders and executive management
  • Matrix management of inbound teams to ensure consistent alignment with NVIDIA’s strategic direction and product goals
