Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer - SRE will develop tools and software to automate operational processes, improve system reliability, and reduce manual intervention, while also leading the implementation and improvement of monitoring and observability frameworks. They will participate in an on-call rotation to diagnose and resolve production incidents, collaborate with development teams to ensure service quality, manage Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), conduct failure analyses, and contribute to post-incident reviews. Additionally, they will champion a culture of continuous improvement, evaluate system performance for cost efficiency, and advocate for optimizations while maintaining service reliability.
