5+ years of experience building cloud-based enterprise applications or systems using Java

Experience fine-tuning IDEs like IntelliJ and VS Code to enhance developer workflows and productivity
Experience writing GitHub Actions that streamline build, test, and deployment processes

Responsibilities

Design, build, optimize, and own platforms, frameworks, libraries, and services used by applications throughout Clari
Lead projects to identify and overcome friction points in development processes
Shape the future of engineering across Clari by evangelizing best practices, establishing patterns, improving standards, and guiding teams towards achieving their fullest potential
Collaborate synchronously and asynchronously with team members across multiple timezones
Work with Architects, Product Development Teams, and other Software Engineers to gather requirements, design and build scalable, distributed systems
