Requirements

Expertise in multiple extensibility SDKs using Java, Kotlin, Typescript, C# (and more) for widely adopted and up-and-coming IDEs
Ability to lead specifications, write code and tests, mentor squad members (through code review, pair programming, and coaching), and participate in roadmap definition and planning
Knowledge of the latest tools and techniques for AI-assisted coding and assessing AI-generated code, with ability to share findings and best practices

Responsibilities

Join the IDE Experience squad and contribute to the development of SonarQube for IDE extensions across all supported IDEs
Help expand support to new tools and ways of writing code
Design and deliver features that ensure human and AI-generated code meets quality and security standards within popular IDEs
Become an expert on IDE extensibility SDKs and push the boundaries of their APIs
Keep up with latest tools and techniques for AI-assisted coding and assessing AI-generated code, sharing findings and best practices
