  • 5+ years of full-stack or backend engineering experience

Responsibilities

  • Shape the next generation of ownership management products
  • Work closely with product, design, and go-to-market teams
  • Collaborate directly with top-tier Private Equity firms and enterprise-scale clients to understand their needs
  • Build flexible and scalable data models supporting distinct product experiences for LLC-structured companies and diverse asset classes
  • Implement robust access control and tailored experiences for different user personas and permissions
  • Work with product managers and designers to understand customer motivations (why), define scope (what), and build solutions (how)
  • Contribute to scaling the Carta LLC product across Private Equity portfolios and expanding ownership management workflows
