Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-college or university and between 5 to 8 years of related experience and/or training, alongside demonstrated experience working with various development programs and a solid understanding of how to configure third-party software components and technologies. They must also have the ability to quickly learn customer support processes, tools, and techniques, and exhibit excellent communication skills in English, both speaking and writing, along with the capacity to collaborate and work remotely utilizing communication tools.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer I will design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for enhancements and new products, as well as develop software and tools to support design, infrastructure, and technology platforms. They will provide administration, development, and application support for end users, design and implement software for embedded devices and systems, review code and design, configure and integrate third-party software components, perform root cause analysis of technical issues, address and resolve escalated software bugs, provide limited after-hours and on-call support, engage in test documentation review, and work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives, while also performing other duties as required.
