Requirements

Must be a US Citizen and work in the Eastern Time Zone, attending daily stand-ups at 9:30 am EST, and obtain interim government security clearance. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years as a senior software engineer experienced in C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core, MVC, legacy frameworks), web APIs, backend integrations, and advanced SQL Server skills including complex queries and stored procedures. Proficiency with XML, JSON, and healthcare data (claims, referrals, EHRs) is necessary, along with a minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience, knowledge of HL7 FHIR standards, and excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills in Agile environments. Experience with version control, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Postman, and familiarity with front-end technologies (Vue.js, JQuery, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML) are also required.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain web applications, APIs, and backend integrations using C#/.NET. Write advanced SQL queries, create stored procedures, and design database structures in Microsoft SQL Server. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business partners to deliver new features and improvements. Conduct code reviews, support modernization efforts, and follow best practices. Implement source control and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Ensure software quality through testing, debugging, and issue resolution. Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and provide on-call support as needed.
