Requirements

At least 5 years of software design and development experience with proven foundation in computer science, strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
Hands-on expertise with architectural and design patterns, open source platforms & frameworks, technologies and software engineering methodologies
Hands-on experience in developing applications with Java, JEE, Spring/Spring Boot, Rest, GraphQL, Spring Batch, Node.js
Hands-on experience with building data models in Oracle/MySQL/RDBMS and NoSQL databases e.g., key value store, document store like Mongo, Couchbase, Cassandra
Hands-on experience in building tools and user experience using HTML5, JavaScript, ReactJS or Arco design, Material design
Proficiency in data & streaming technologies including Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Flink etc
Experience in using source control systems such as Git, issue tracking systems like JIRA
Practiced with agile development and ability to adapt changes with business priorities
Experience with building sophisticated integration solutions for internet scale traffic (major plus)
Risk domain, rule engine expertise (major plus)
Excellent decision-making, communication and collaboration skills
Experience with Observability, DevOps (highly desired)
Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI tools (major plus)
Degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field

Responsibilities

Research, analyze, design, develop and test the solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and project-related team meetings, impacting significantly to the development process
Collaborate optimally within a multi-functional team members, including engineers, architects, product managers, and operations, to deliver innovative solutions to address business needs, performance, scale, and reliability
Acquire domain expertise and apply this knowledge to tackle product challenges, ensuring continuous improvement in the domain
Act as an onboarding buddy for new joiners, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment
