Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience with client-side Javascript and component based architecture, and 2+ years of experience with Typescript and React. Experience with complex HTML + CSS site layouts, component based design systems, modern browser technologies and web architectures, frontend build tooling (Vite, Webpack), and testing frameworks (Vitest, Playwright) is required. Strong UX and design intuition, a passion for excellence, and strong knowledge of browser security and best practices are also necessary. Experience building enterprise software with on-premise deployments, contributing to open source software or technical blogs, driving elegant solutions to complex problems, working in small startups, and experience with PWAs, Websockets, WebRTC, Monorepos, WCAG, WASM, Crypto or Microfrontends are considered nice to have.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer, Frontend will collaborate with Design and Product to craft and engineer solutions to customer problems. They will develop well-defined written design documents, prototypes, and collaborative feedback loops. The role involves shipping innovative features that delight customers and mentoring fellow engineers through code reviews, pair programming, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
