Requirements

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience delivering meaningful software projects to production, including conception, design, delivery, and iteration. A deep understanding of front-end technology stacks, modern software engineering practices (logging, monitoring, continuous deployment, automated testing), and expertise with React and/or Next.js are required. Familiarity with SEO, site performance tools, financial services, fintech, real estate, home lending technology, and AWS is a plus. Experience leveraging LLMs in software engineering is also desired.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will build high-performance customer experiences using Typescript, React, Next.js, Tailwind, Storybook, and Vitest, supporting both client- and server-side rendered pages. They will lead project scoping and definition, support deployed systems in production through an on-call rotation, and drive healthy software engineering practices including code review, automated testing, and continuous delivery. Responsibilities also include collaborating with user experience designers on accessibility and brand recognition, and partnering with other engineers to define API contracts and component structures.
