Requirements

The Senior Software Engineer will require a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and possess at least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on developer productivity tools. Strong proficiency in Swift, Golang, and Python is essential, along with experience working with CI/CD pipelines and various operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android). Experience with debugging systems and ephemeral runners is also desired.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will proactively identify and address inefficiencies within the build, test, and release loops, spearheading projects to improve developer workflows. You will work across multiple layers of the stack and developer environments, resolving ergonomic, performance, and configuration issues within the CI/CD pipeline. Additionally, you will create tools to abstract complexity for product teams, enabling faster code shipping without compromising safety or quality, and contribute to the open-source community by upstreaming work. You will also be involved in infrastructure improvement discussions and on-call rotations to support the team.
