Requirements

4-5 years experience as a software engineer
Experience with some parts of the tech stack: Python, Elixir, Rust, Typescript/React, or C++
Experience leveraging a cloud platform (GCP, Amazon, or Azure) to serve as the backend infrastructure for a product
A sense for product and design, with ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional peers and express opinions
A holistic approach to problem solving from first principles, learning from mistakes, and working through obstacles with the team
Actively leverage LLMs to accelerate productivity

Responsibilities

Design and build core features for game developers, including APIs, realtime infrastructure, C++ SDKs, developer portal, or UI
Use attention to detail to continually raise the quality bar of the software
Work with other engineers to write, review, and ship elegant and scalable code
Lead projects through the whole life cycle: gathering requirements, mapping out scope, building, and shipping
Collaborate with game developer partners to understand their needs, including attending partner meetings as a technical expert, answering questions, and helping design solutions
Work with product managers, designers, and product marketers to cut through ambiguity and find the way forward
