A strong candidate has 5+ years with Databricks and Spark, expertise in cloud platforms like AWS/Azure, programming in SQL/Python/Java/Scala, experience leading integrations, plus certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect, and skills in collaboration, mentoring, and Agile methodologies.
