Candidates must have a B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. Essential experience with backend technologies is required, with a preference for Java, Python, or Kotlin, along with Spring or Spring Boot. Familiarity with commonly used design patterns and experience in the design and development of large-scale distributed systems is necessary. Mastery of various server technologies to optimize service response and ensure service quality is expected. A clear focus on measurable customer outcomes and strong communication and collaboration skills are also essential.
The Senior Software Engineer will build and maintain a risk monitoring system to detect client risk automatically and intelligently. They will also develop and maintain a name screening service for sanctions and anti-money laundering. Additionally, the engineer will create a client management system for internal operation teams, build high availability low latency distributed systems using public cloud infrastructure, and establish reliable data pipelines alongside data quality monitoring programs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for operational excellence and enhancing user experience is also a key responsibility.
