Democratizes aviation through merit-based programs
Orb Aerospace focuses on making aviation more accessible by providing practical solutions for individuals with proven skills, regardless of their educational background. Their main product is a fellowship program called Orbship, which selects candidates based on their project portfolios and problem-solving abilities through a competitive selection process that includes a project review, video interview, and a pitch competition.
