Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience, with a Master’s degree being acceptable, and should be proficient in Java, TypeScript, or another object-oriented language, along with experience in front-end technologies such as Angular, designing and developing object-oriented multi-threaded applications, building and consuming REST APIs, and utilizing RDBMS like AWS-RDS, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, as well as message queues like RabbitMQ or AWS-SQS.
The Senior Software Engineer will work as part of Agile scrum teams to design, implement, and test world-class distributed cloud software, developing and maintaining Java-based web applications and microservices, evaluating and proposing suitable alternatives for software architecture, demonstrating a passion for clean code and architectures, leading joint design sessions, pair programming, and conducting design and code reviews, developing sustainable deployment and build processes, practicing software engineering principles, and striving to be a technical role model for the team while continuously learning and proactively identifying and suggesting solutions to problems.
