Requirements

They must be proficient in Real-Time Operating Systems and Embedded Systems development, utilizing languages such as C#, C++, RTOS, Python, and scripting, and possess a strong understanding of common software validation practices and standards.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will lead the capturing and finalizing of software requirements in collaboration with various stakeholders, create and maintain the design and architecture of safety-critical software for the airship, lead hands-on implementation and integration activities, develop comprehensive test sets for validation and verification, conduct root cause analysis of issues, lead software development in conjunction with other systems to verify and validate, develop requirements for simulation software, create and maintain simulation software documentation, lead software releases, lead software change requests and reviews, mentor software engineering team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead or support training activities.
