Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally with exposure to both high-growth startups and larger, well-established tech companies, and experience with languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Golang, Rust, Erlang, or TypeScript. Strong proficiency in full-stack engineering, frontend development with React.js or Vue.js, and backend services using Node.js or similar technologies is required.
The Senior Software Engineer will develop and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on workflow automation and productivity tools, write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, build robust frontend applications, architect and implement backend services, work closely with Product and Design teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, improve automation in financial and accounting workflows, ensure high availability and performance of critical applications, establish and track engineering KPIs, monitor and optimize application performance, continuously improve developer experience, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing, and lead technical discussions, code reviews, and best practice adoption across the engineering team.
