As a Senior Software Engineer - Product at Ashby, you will take ownership of a significant portion of one of the company’s products, managing projects end-to-end from research and product specifications to design and implementation. You will conduct competitor analysis, write product specifications, create wireframes, and contribute to the overall product strategy, effectively wearing the hats traditionally associated with product and design roles. You will also be responsible for automating features, such as interview scheduling, and ensuring the continued success and innovation of the product.
