Requirements

Candidates should possess 4+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or a related field, with proficiency in English. They should have experience with automation tools and frameworks, familiarity with coding languages such as Python, Typescript, and JavaScript, and experience with Git. Prior experience with CI/CD pipelines and development workflows is also required, along with familiarity with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar, and experience with Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools. AWS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer - Engineering Productivity, the individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining tools and frameworks to enhance the productivity of the engineering team, streamlining CI/CD pipelines, identifying bottlenecks, collaborating with development teams, monitoring and optimizing build and test performance, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of engineering productivity metrics, promoting best practices for code quality and automation, contributing to continuous process improvements, and participating in the design and implementation of scalable development environments.
