Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java and SpringBoot microservices, along with solid experience utilizing Jenkins, Docker/Kubernetes on Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and a proven track record working with large-scale distributed systems based on microservices. Furthermore, they should have experience with data pipelines processing substantial data volumes in real-time or near real-time, and a strong understanding of Lakehouse architecture, specifically Azure ADLS Gen2 and Apache Hudi. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent organizational, critical-thinking, and personal leadership skills, be self-starters capable of delivering with minimal supervision, and possess an analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude, along with a good understanding of Enterprise Design patterns.
