Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, and a minimum of 4.5 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC). Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL is required, along with experience using declarative development tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules. A solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices for performance optimization is also necessary. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, are preferred.
The Senior Software Development Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality, scalable Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC). They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and maintaining and optimizing existing Salesforce applications. Furthermore, they will develop custom solutions and integrations with third-party systems, ensuring adherence to best practices in code quality, security, and compliance, and participating in the full software development lifecycle.
