Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and application program development, covering both front end and back end. This includes 5+ years of development experience in Java, SpringBoot, Search, NoSQL, and/or Kafka. Experience with Angular JS/React JS, HTML, CSS, and Java Scripts is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Development Engineer will lead the design, development, and implementation of B2B applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Search, NoSQL, and Kafka. They will develop and maintain scalable REST and GraphQL APIs, implement pub/sub messaging solutions using Kafka, and integrate cloud-based services. Responsibilities also include collaborating with product managers and other engineering teams, participating in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, driving CI/CD adoption, analyzing and resolving complex issues, and optimizing application performance and scalability.
