Responsibilities

Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and expertise
Contribute to the technical direction of the team and provide insights on best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards
Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
Analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions
Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner, collaborating with team members to address challenges
Identify and implement opportunities for code optimization and performance improvements
Conduct profiling and analysis of existing code to enhance efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to deliver end-to-end solutions
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns
Work in an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, API documentation, and code comments
