Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
5+ years of professional software development experience
Proficient in Java or other object-oriented programming languages, with strong development skills and experience building large-scale distributed systems
Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based technologies
Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and NoSQL databases
Committed to integrating quality throughout all phases of the product lifecycle, with a strong quality mindset and customer-first attitude
Strong bias for action, high ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
(Bonus) Familiarity with Kafka, React, and other UI technologies

Responsibilities

Design and develop frictionless solutions, tools, platforms, and dashboards that enable fast-cycle small release development processes
Work with stakeholders on the requirements and timely delivery of products and tools
Ensure developers have the necessary tools to make sure that quality is built-in in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
Platform certification through automation, and continuous improvement of the reliability of APIs and experiences delivered
Participate in product development to ensure early detection of defects through automation
Influence quality best practices, and adoption of quality vision, process, standards, tools, automation frameworks and solutions to help create a high-quality testing culture
