Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Proficient in Java or other object-oriented programming languages, with strong development skills and experience building large-scale distributed systems
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based technologies
  • Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and NoSQL databases
  • Committed to integrating quality throughout all phases of the product lifecycle, with a strong quality mindset and customer-first attitude
  • Strong bias for action, high ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with Kafka, React, and other UI technologies

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop frictionless solutions, tools, platforms, and dashboards that enable fast-cycle small release development processes
  • Work with stakeholders on the requirements and timely delivery of products and tools
  • Ensure developers have the necessary tools to make sure that quality is built-in in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Platform certification through automation, and continuous improvement of the reliability of APIs and experiences delivered
  • Participate in product development to ensure early detection of defects through automation
  • Influence quality best practices, and adoption of quality vision, process, standards, tools, automation frameworks and solutions to help create a high-quality testing culture
