Requirements

5+ years of relevant working experience
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science
Full understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) out-of-the-box capabilities before customization
ETL SSIS development experience
Ability to timely communicate statuses and concerns across the responsibility hierarchy
Ability to build D365 CE entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports
Ability to develop plug-ins using C# and code UI logic in JavaScript
Ability to build and release solutions
Ability to write clear and understandable technical documentation
Experience in conceptualizing and designing Data Migration projects
Banking experience preferred

Responsibilities

Gathering and analyzing client requirements to design and implement complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Curating and brainstorming approaches to requirements when needed
Meticulously understanding requirements with respect to CRM’s OOB components and extensions like code
Estimating efforts for multiple approaches and narrating pros & cons
Developing and customizing CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, dashboards
Implementing integrations with external systems
Development using CRM SDK, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Database, ADO.NET
Writing clean and efficient code using C# and JavaScript adhering to coding standards and best practices
Debugging and troubleshooting issues in the CRM system for high availability and performance
Collaborating with project managers, business analysts, testing teams, and stakeholders for on-time and on-budget delivery
Calculating and raising concerns that might impact timely delivery
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Requirements gathering, development, and deployment of SSIS
Conceptualizing and designing Data Migration projects
Data validation, cleansing, analysis, and transforming
Error and event handling: precedence constraints, checkpoints, and logging
Importing/exporting data between different sources using SSIS
