Responsibilities

Guide project teams and clients on Agile/Scrum practices to delight clients
Guide teams on self-organization and filling framework gaps
Assess and coach Scrum maturity at a sustainable pace
Remove impediments or guide teams to resolve them
Build trusting environments for raising problems without fear
Facilitate work without coercion, assigning, or dictating
Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution
Assist with internal/external communication and improve transparency
Support and educate Product Sponsor on product backlog
Provide servant leadership support to the team
Analyze resource utilization and measure future allocation needs
Establish and track additional services revenue opportunities
Understand client needs, match to services/products, and manage expectations
Communicate project goals and success factors persuasively
Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation to delivery
Ensure service delivery success and client satisfaction
Manage project initiation, including contractual obligations, needs, and contacts
Develop, define, and execute project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Identify resources, define roles, and coordinate activities across teams, departments, clients, and vendors
