Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years previous experience with automatic screen printing (M&R preferred)
Advanced knowledge with the setup and breakdown of screens, squeegees, and flood-bars
Independently set up and load 3-color jobs or more, screen sequences
Experience with additional types of ink in addition to plastisol
Ability to lead and teach others the skills required to operate a press
Production task experience including mixing ink colors and troubleshooting on press
Quality control experience and high attention to detail
Ability to work with tight deadlines and complete daily assigned jobs
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Ability to follow written work order instructions/notes
Strong time management skills and great work ethic
Positive attitude
Able to work alone or lead a small press team
Excellent verbal communication skills
Reliable daily transportation

Troubleshoot machinery on replacing any necessary parts

Responsibilities

Communicate with the manager on addressing production needs
Coordinate with night shift on production needs
Approved of test prints
Check on supplies including inks, chemicals for preproduction and reclaiming
Plan placement
Uphold all company virtues and policies
Consistently arrive to work when scheduled, every day and on time
Ensure excellent and timely communication with team leaders throughout the day in regards to attendance, work hours, and updates on daily tasks
Communicate to team leaders when assistance is needed to maintain production goals
Assist other positions for the entire shop as needed to help ensure production goals are met
Perform all cleaning responsibilities to maintain a clean work area
