Manages the execution of business process improvements
Analyses and designs business processes to identify alternative solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness and exploit new technologies and automation
Develops graphical models of business processes to facilitate understanding and decision-making
Assesses the feasibility of business process changes and recommends alternative approaches
Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for initiatives of medium size and complexity

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing for requirements Gathering workshops and document outcomes/actions
Comply to design standards, perform unit testing, and actively manage assigned tasks to ensure quality completion by or before their due dates
Complete mandatory training and maintain certification level
Participate in DXC Technology added value activities outside regular client work
Identify and raise potential risks
Assist in the creation and be able to interpret Process Maps
Write user stories utilizing behavior-driven development (BDD)
Configure Salesforce components as documented
