Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex, scalable, and maintainable solutions on the Sales Cloud platform
  • Deep expertise in the Sales Cloud data model, configuration, and security model
  • Demonstrated experience with the full software development lifecycle within an Agile or Scrum environment, from collaborating on business requirements to leading technical solution design
  • Strong command of development tools like Git, SFDX CLI, DevOps pipelines, and/or other development tools
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for the entire feature lifecycle, from initial design to production release
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning, with a focus on delivering value to customers and improving the agent experience
  • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, chatbots, or other AI tooling, with a demonstrated ability to identify initiatives where AI can be strategically applied

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for new features within Salesforce Sales Cloud to improve the Revenue Team’s productivity, including making key architectural decisions and choosing the right tool (declarative change, custom Apex/code, or 3rd party application)
  • Serve as the primary technical partner for business systems analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions that are maintainable, scalable, and secure
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions that can automate processes and provide intelligent insights, including leveraging AI where appropriate
  • Partner with other engineers to architect new features and ensure seamless integration with existing applications
  • Maintain a customer-centric and data-driven approach, monitor the performance of features, troubleshoot issues, and inform future enhancements
