Requirements

5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex, scalable, and maintainable solutions on the Sales Cloud platform
Deep expertise in the Sales Cloud data model, configuration, and security model
Demonstrated experience with the full software development lifecycle within an Agile or Scrum environment, from collaborating on business requirements to leading technical solution design
Strong command of development tools like Git, SFDX CLI, DevOps pipelines, and/or other development tools
A strong sense of ownership and accountability for the entire feature lifecycle, from initial design to production release
A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning, with a focus on delivering value to customers and improving the agent experience
Bonus: Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, chatbots, or other AI tooling, with a demonstrated ability to identify initiatives where AI can be strategically applied

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for new features within Salesforce Sales Cloud to improve the Revenue Team’s productivity, including making key architectural decisions and choosing the right tool (declarative change, custom Apex/code, or 3rd party application)
Serve as the primary technical partner for business systems analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions that are maintainable, scalable, and secure
Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions that can automate processes and provide intelligent insights, including leveraging AI where appropriate
Partner with other engineers to architect new features and ensure seamless integration with existing applications
Maintain a customer-centric and data-driven approach, monitor the performance of features, troubleshoot issues, and inform future enhancements
