Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a SaaS or high-growth environment
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, including flows, automation, and custom object design
  • Experience with system integrations and third-party applications
  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with stakeholders across Commercial, Data, and IT
  • Bonus: Familiarity with ancillary tools in our stack (Gong, Iterable, Guru, ZoomInfo, Snowflake, Rudderstack) or similar platforms

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, managing support, maintenance, and improvements
  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations Systems to execute the roadmap and vision for Salesforce
  • Design, build, and maintain objects, fields, workflows, flows, and validation rules to support evolving business requirements
  • Optimize use of Salesforce standard and custom objects to streamline processes and improve data quality
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and other GTM systems
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to scope and deliver enhancements
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to maintain reliability
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices for continuity and adoption
