Requirements

  • 2+ years of progressive, hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with demonstrated ownership of an enterprise-level instance
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) is preferred
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex automation using all modern Flow types (Screen, Record-Triggered, Schedule-Triggered, Autolaunched) and Flow orchestration
  • Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce data model, governance limits, and best practices for system scalability
  • Previous experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud is required
  • Knowledge of complementary Revenue Operations tools (e.g., Conga products) is preferred
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective declarative solutions
  • Ability to work US core hours (overnight in BD) and thrive in a metric-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex, scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing core configuration features (Flow, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, etc.) to meet advanced business requirements
  • Serve as the declarative subject matter expert (SME), guiding business stakeholders on best practices for configuration and user efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within the existing system to improve processes and user experience
  • Translate business requirements into precise technical specifications and user stories for implementation
  • Manage platform governance activities including release management, sandbox maintenance, and environment setup (Dev, QA, Production)
  • Monitor system performance and user adoption, implementing measures to ensure platform stability and compliance
  • Own the security model; manage and audit complex sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets to ensure data integrity
  • Lead the triage and resolution of critical platform incidents and data inaccuracies
  • Partner closely with the Revenue Operations Specialists and the Technical Engineering team on integrated projects, ensuring alignment between declarative and coded solutions
  • Mentor and provide guidance to Junior Salesforce Administrators and support staff on configuration best practices and release protocols
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including process flows and end-user training materials
