Requirements

  • 5+ years in a data-intensive, analyst role at a technology company, specifically focused on sales and/or marketing analytics
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering dashboards and insights with Tableau
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering dynamic, scenario-contingent models in Excel (or Google Sheets)
  • 1+ years of direct experience using statistical scripting (Python/R) to clean, visualize, analyze, and export data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytically-minded with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into data and analysis
  • Collaborative problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial attitude and results-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders from Revenue, Sales, and Finance to solve key business challenges
  • Create informative dashboards and visualizations that track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Perform in-depth statistical analyses to understand and predict funnel conversion, win-loss rates, revenue volume and trends, sales team performance, customer growth opportunities and churn
  • Design and execute data-driven experiments to optimize pricing strategies, sales campaigns and customer retention efforts
  • Build and maintain high-quality data sources and models to support scalable analytics, focusing on sales and customer data
  • Identify actionable insights that directly impact revenue growth and sales efficiency
