Requirements

Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering (PhD preferred)
7+ years’ experience in the semiconductor industry (12+ years for PhD-qualified candidates)
Proven expertise in LNAs, mixers, filters
Proven expertise in power amplifiers (sub-GHz and 2.4GHz)
Proven expertise in matching network development for Rx/Tx
Experience with EM simulation tools (HFSS, EMX)
Strong grasp of system-level interactions between RF blocks in advanced radio chips
Innovative, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player
Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)

Responsibilities

Drive the design, simulation, and optimization of RF front ends (approx. 40%)
Participate in RF architecture definition for receivers, transmitters, frequency synthesizers, and building blocks such as LNAs, mixers, filters, PAs, and VCOs
Extract S-parameter models for packages and PCBs (approx. 15%)
Develop and optimize matching networks to comply with multiple regional regulations (approx. 15%)
Simulate and measure radio performance and compliance (approx. 30%)
Optimize application PCBs to ensure robust performance
Contribute at both the block and system level, shaping advanced RF technologies from concept through to product
