Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition principles

Responsibilities

  • Oversee ecommerce and cloud marketplace revenue streams including reconciliation automation and process scaling
  • Develop and manage automated, cross-platform validations between revenue sub-ledgers, billing platforms, and the general ledger
  • Prepare and track invoices for certain customer arrangements including non-recurring engineering (NRE), royalty, and revenue share contracts maintaining clear documentation and audit readiness
  • Utilize rule-based automation to proactively detect anomalies, prevent discrepancies, and support fast remediation
  • Oversee revenue accounting integration for new acquisitions
  • Collaborate across teams to support and advance automation initiatives, system enhancements, and processes that drive scalability and efficiency in revenue accounting for new business offerings
  • Lead and participate in testing for revenue system enhancements to ensure new features support compliance and data integrity
  • Support other ad hoc projects in the Revenue Accounting team
  • Stay current with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance and standard processes
