Requirements

  • At least 5 years of recruiting management and leadership experience overseeing full-cycle recruiting teams in complex or high-growth environments with 12+ years of overall experience
  • Shown success driving the strategic direction of recruiting organizations, including crafting and implementing scalable recruiting models and operational frameworks
  • Expertise in partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders to deliver hiring solutions under demanding timelines
  • Proficiency in using analytics, metrics, and market data to drive decisions and achieve measurable results
  • Strong strategic insight, outstanding social skills, and the skill to translate strategic objectives into clear recruiting strategies
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets in high-performance, goal-oriented environments
  • Detailed knowledge of recruiting guidelines, adherence to regulations, and creative sourcing strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters to deliver against ambitious hiring goals across sophisticated technical and business functions
  • Work side by side with executive leaders to take on challenging hiring problems in highest growth areas—including Autonomous Vehicles, Networking, and Enterprise Products—developing innovative, data-driven strategies that attract top talent
  • Be a visible leader onsite at least three days a week, encouraging in-person connection and presence
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and senior business leaders to drive workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and recruiting strategies aligned with organizational priorities
  • Translate business needs into actionable recruiting plans that support both immediate headcount goals and long-term talent pipelines
  • Leverage analytics and performance metrics to drive accountability, assess recruiting health, and optimize hiring efficiency and quality
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing insights into talent trends, market intelligence, and organizational design implications
  • Champion operational excellence within the recruiting function by refining processes, deploying modern recruiting tools, and promoting scalable, compliant, and consistent practices
  • Build cross-functional alignment to ensure collaboration and execution across HR, business units, and other key partners
